Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are food items, for health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email hello@vegecore.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched — contact us as soon as possible.
