REFUND POLICY
- Once you've hit that order button, consider it locked in. No turning back!
- Our food is made with love, but sometimes, things might not go as planned. If you receive a defective product, we're here to make it right.
- Quality matters to us! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, let us know, and we'll see what we can do.
- Refunds apply to online orders made through our official website. Once we've inspected your return and given it the thumbs up, we'll process the refund back to your original payment method. Just a heads up, it might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to work their magic.
- Need to send something back? Shoot us an email at hello@vegecore.com within 14 days of purchase. Don't forget to include your order number and a brief explanation.
- Keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email within 3 working days. We'll include all the details you need, plus some handy shipping labels to make the return process a breeze.
- Once we've received the faulty item, we'll either send you a replacement quicker than you can say "fresh veggies" or process your refund within 7 working days.
- Unfortunately, we're unable to offer returns or replacements for orders shipped to East Malaysia at the moment. Hopefully soon!
